• Deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the moment of the booking
• The full remaining payment must be paid upon arrival.
• The day of arrival we require a security deposit from € 150,00 to 250,00 € based on the type of apartment chosen.
• The deposit will be refunded upon departure if there are no damages in the structure.
• In case of early departure, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer after checking the apartment.
• Final cleaning is obligatory.
• The occupancy of the apartment is strictly limited to the number of people declared at the moment of the booking. Any extra person can be refused or made subject to a surcharge.
• It is forbidden to move the furniture and linen outside the apartments.
• Pets of small/medium size are accepted on specific request with a supplementary fee.

Penalties and cancellations

From 90 to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
From 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
From 29 to 15 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
From 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount.
NO SHOW: 100%
